Little Signals is operated by MICYA AI LLP ("we", "us"), a startup incubated at NIT Hamirpur, India. By creating an account or using littlesignals.space you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

Little Signals is a practice space for spoken and written expression: practice rooms, study sessions, and reports built from what you say and write. Your work is scored and summarised to show you how you are doing. It is practice and reflection, never diagnosis: nothing in the product is a validated clinical, psychometric, or medical instrument, and no output is medical, psychological, or educational-placement advice.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and must set up or approve your use of the service. A student joining a class by a join code uses the service under the arrangement their school or teacher has made with the students' families.

3. Your content

What you record, type, or upload stays yours. You give us the licence needed to run the service on it: to store it, process it, score it, and show it back to you. When you upload study material (for example a syllabus), you confirm you have the right to use it for your own study or your class's study. Uploaded material is visible only within the account or class it was uploaded to; we do not publish it or move it to other users.

4. Recordings and reports

Voice sessions produce transcripts and measurements that power your reports. Reports describe your practice; every claim they make is built from what you actually said or wrote in your sessions.

5. Payment and metering

Spoken practice time is metered by the minute and sold as a monthly subscription with optional top-up hours, as described on the pricing page. Typed sessions and reading your own reports are not metered. Unused subscription minutes carry into the following month and then expire; top-up hours are valid for three months from purchase and require an active subscription to use. Your location at checkout decides your currency: payments in INR are processed by Cashfree Payments and in USD by Paddle. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refunds & Cancellations policy.

6. Fair use

The service enforces reasonable daily limits on automated-looking usage to keep it available for everyone. Do not attempt to probe, overload, resell, or scrape the service, to use it for anyone's data but your own (or your class's, if you are a teacher), or to upload content you have no right to use.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We improve it continuously and may change or retire features. If we ever retire the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and honour the refund policy on unused hours.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account and its data by writing to us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where practical.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Himachal Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over disputes.
