Little Signals is operated by MICYA AI LLP ("we", "us"), a startup incubated at NIT Hamirpur, India. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can do about it, in plain words.

1. What we collect

Your account. You sign in with Google, which gives us your name, email address, and a stable account identifier. We never see your Google password.

What you make in the product. Your practice is the product: recordings of your voice sessions, transcripts, typed messages, study material you upload, and any notes you choose to write about yourself.

What we measure from it. Your reports are built from your own sessions: scores, summaries, and observations about how you speak and reason. Every claim in a report traces back to something you actually said or wrote.

Usage and billing records. Session times, voice minutes used, your plan and payments, and the country your connection appears from, which decides your checkout currency.

2. What we use it for

To run the service: give you sessions, build your reports, show you your progress, meter your hours, take payment, and answer your messages. That is the whole list. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. AI processing

Your words are processed by third-party AI services to hold conversations with you and to build your measurements and reports. We use these services under commercial terms; they process your content to provide the service, not to advertise to you.

4. Payments

Payments in INR are processed by Cashfree Payments and payments in USD by Paddle. Your card, bank, or UPI details go to them, not to us; we never see or store them. Each processor has its own privacy policy for the payment itself.

5. Where your data lives

Your content and records are stored with established cloud database and storage providers. Recordings are kept so that your reports can always play you the exact moment they are talking about.

6. Other people's voices

Record yourself. Speech from other people who have not agreed to be recorded is not kept: consent is checked when audio is saved, not filtered afterwards.

7. Students and children

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must set up or approve your use of the service. In Classroom, teachers see aggregate class progress by default, not a student's transcripts or recordings; anything more visible is an explicit setting.

8. Cookies

One cookie, which keeps you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account exists so your history and reports keep working. Write to hello@micyaai.com from the email on your account to ask for a copy of your data or for your account and its data to be deleted, and we will do it and confirm.
